TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read the below terms carefully
before submitting your request.

委託人提交委託前請必須細閱下列條款。

(A) GENERAL 概要

I (the artist) reserve the copyright of all commissions works.
本人 (繪圖者) 持有一切委託圖的著作權。
I reserve the right to whether to accept or decline any request.
本人持有決定接受或拒絕一切委託登記的權利。
I reserve the right to cancel or stop a commission as a result of inappropriate communication and behaviour of commissioners.
若委託人於委託過程中作出任何不當言行，本人有權利取消及中止委託。
I accepting commissioners’ requests will not testify that I approve and agree on all of the commissioners personal beliefs even without being informed.
本人接受委託人的登記並不代表繪圖者認同及支持委託人任何未向本人透露的個人、政治、宗教等理念。
By commissioning me you have agreed on the Terms of Service. Anyone who violates the Terms of Service will be blacklisted in the future and forbidden for requesting.
委託人提出委託時將視為同意本條款。
任何委託人一旦違反本條款將會被列入黑名單，其委託將不會再被接受。

Payment is full-price through Paypal invoice only.
款項會經由 Paypal帳單收取全額。
The finished commission will not be submitted if I have not received full payment.
若果本人尚未收取全部款項，委託完成品將不會提交。
A full refund will be returned if I can no longer finish the commission.
若果本人於製作階段因故無法完成，款項將會全數退還。
No refund will be given after you received the finished commissions.
款項於委託人收取完成品後將不會再退還。

Please note that the work process time may vary based on the complexity of the request.
請注意委託製作時數基於委託作業程度而有所差異。

All commissions are for Non-Commercial Use only.
一切委託圖僅限個人使用，禁止商業用途。
Do not claim any commissions’ copyright as yours or others’.
委託人不可聲稱自己或他人擁有委託圖之著作權。
Any later edits are prohibited except for:
- Cropping commissions for icon or header needs
- Colouring on Line Art commissions
Please ask me beforehand if in doubt.
不得於委託圖上擅自加工及重製；下列改作除外：
- 裁剪委託圖以作頭像或頁首圖像等
- 於線稿委託圖上著色
如有疑惑可事先詢問本人。
Please credit me when using commissions for any public display. You can give credit by providing my name, my social media or link of my commission info page.
若要公開委託圖，請一同提供本人資訊，例如名字、社交網頁或此委託資訊網頁。
Occasionally images of commission works will be posted on my own social media as non-profit promotion use (with watermark covers). Please inform me if you prefer your commissions not to be shown.
部分委託圖會被本人發佈上社交媒體以作非盈利宣傳用途 (為保護委託圖及雙方權利，委託圖會以局部圖片方式加上水印發佈)。如委託人希望委託內容保密，請事先知會。
